Northbridge is a place where you can find your favourite food, wash it down with your choice of beverage and then dance the night away to popular music. The vast array of pubs, hotels, nightclubs and cafes offer an impressive range of coffees, beers, exotic cocktails and delicious foods. Plus, with an emerging funky retail strip and other great specialty stores, you'll always find something interesting to explore.

Dining in Northbridge
Northbridge is home to a fabulous range of restaurants, especially around Lake and James Streets. There are many to choose from, all within about four blocks from each other. Many people enjoy a Thai, Chinese, Indian, Greek, Egyptian or Italian meal before heading out to one of the premier nightspots.

Pick from a variety of ice creameries on a hot day or cafés serving excellent coffee. Choose a pub or wine bar to your taste and start your evening with a boutique beer or crisp WA white wine.

At James Street, take the time to view the menus at the various restaurants on the sidewalk. Take your seat and watch the scenery change from the easy daytime atmosphere to the vibrant nightlife.  Or for the aspiring chef, visit one of the gourmet grocers (The Re Store on Lake Street or Kakulas Brothers on William Street have a good range) where you can pick up ingredients to "make your own”.

For those on a budget, a restaurant dim sum lunch is a good option or visit one of the food halls for a great choice of meals. They offer a variety of cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, health food and roast dinners, making them a good choice for families.
