Northbridge subdivision and streetscaping works

The New Northbridge urban renewal project continues to progress rapidly with a number of works program underway. 

Auto Masters
The current works program includes the subdivision of land bounded by William, Newcastle and Money Streets (including the land where the Auto Masters building was formerly located). These works will involve creating several new lots, the construction of a new road and streetscaping works. Civil works have started on site, and regular Works Updates will be posted on this page to keep you up-to-date of the work's progress.

Road 305
Works to construct a new road between Errichetti Place and Zempilas Road (behind The Deen) have now been completed. The new road has been named as an extension to Michael Close, and updates detailing the progress of the works program can be found below.
